• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packaged with professional cold-chain insulation and shipped only Monday through Thursday, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.
